I did not start as a designer. My first job in signage was production - manual graphic cutting, laminating, printing and installation. Over time I led a team and took responsibility for the entire process, and when something did not fit, I solved it myself. That is when I saw the real problem: projects failed not because of visuals, but because many designers did not understand production and installation. I knew that world inside out, so I moved into signage design from practice, not theory. Today I design differently: not 'creativity first', but 'reality first'. Every project is based on real-world principles, tested on site and optimized for the people who actually have to install it.
